As many of you will know, we launched DOLL & Co. last year following continued success with Urban Infill Ltd, which was set up in 2009 by Ian Dollamore.  What started as a single architectural practice that focused on maximising the space and value of buildings in and around London has now organically grown into two separate brands. Here's how…

How it started 

Over the past 14 years, our parent company Urban Infill has built a strong reputation and an impressive portfolio of commercial and residential projects across London’s finest postcodes.
A key turning point was when we received planning permission for a 500,000 sq ft office space for The Commercial Park Group (a partnership with Sir Robert McAlpine). This, alongside other impressive projects, gave us scope to specialise in exceptional interior architectural and design services with DOLL & Co.

How it’s going  

At DOLL & Co., we specialise in prime residential property, offering a tailored architectural, interior architecture and planning service – always working closely with Urban Infill. It’s a working practice that we refer to as a ‘left brain’ ‘right brain’ approach. Our direction mixes the creative and the analytical, so that each of our projects benefits from a rigorous technical and planning assessment, via Urban Infill, before being carefully crafted into beautiful, bespoke residential projects.
