We are reorganising and rationalising a number of large apartments on Grosvenor Square. Currently a combination of duplex and lateral apartments we are assessing strategies to utilise the c.20,000ft2 [1860m2] of prime residential accommodation most efficiently. Services include architecture, internal reconfiguration and interior design, coming together to create some of London’s most exclusive apartments.
